Q: Are you affiliated with a church?
A: We are charted by and meet at Trinity Lutheran Church in Rhinelander,
but you do NOT need to be a member of Trinity or any other church to
attend. We are a non-denominational Christian-based organization
and welcome ALL moms, regardless of their faith or lack thereof.
Q: Is there a fee involved?
A: There is a registration fee of $27.95 for MOPS International and a $24 per semester
fee to cover local chapter expenses.
Q: What do I do with my kids while I'm at
the meeting?
A: FREE, loving childcare is provided for the length of the meeting by
caring, experienced individuals. Infants & toddlers experience fun
play, while children 2 1/2 to 5 participate in a planned curriculum with
games, crafts, singing and stories.
Q: What if I am still breast feeding?
A: Nursing mothers may bring their infants to the meeting space if
needed. There is also a quiet room available if privacy is an
issue.
Q: My budget is very tight - this all sounds
great, but I am not sure I can afford this program right now.
A: Because we know how important a social network can be - especially
come winter time - we have confidential scholarships available to any
mother in need.
